Michael Jackson dead at 50 R.I.P

by Alex Norton on June 27, 2009

michael jackson Michael Jackson dead at 50 R.I.PI will be honest with you. I have never really been a fan of MJ. Maybe its because I wasn’t born during his hay days, or maybe its because his music just never struck me as being totally awesome. But I will say that out of all the singers to take the scene in modern times, MJ has been one of the most influential.

Its not everyday you find a singer who is able to knock off an estimated 750,000 albums in his lifetime, not to mention having concerts that sell out within minutes of tickets going on sales. Yes his appeal was global and even though his career was tarnished by personal issues (which we all are aware of), I think its safe to say that Michael Jackson won’t be forgotten anytime soon.

Its not everyday you have “The King of Pop” meet ol’ death is it? My condolences go to the Jackson family, and as to whether he will be up there or not is totally left to the guy upstairs. On a humorous note, at least my kids will be safe in LA.

As a tribute to the late Michael Jaclson, I present to you the top song of all time, yes you all know what it is so there is no need to say its name. Watch the video below. Oh and on a side note, this music video was single handedly responsible for changing the music scene. If you don’t believe me check all the others prior to it. Check out Thriller the music video after the break.

Autos Liquidity

I remember when Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama were giving money the car companies (GM and Chrysler), we were told that the reason was to prevent their collapse. Well why the hell has all that money not helped? While I won’t blame Bush for their demise, I will say he started it with this reckless bailout and Obama finished it.

After billions of our tax dollars have been swallowed up in the Detroit black hole, we are hearing from the messiah himself that they will have to file a “controlled” chapter 11. Everyone is making concessions across the board, and Obama has so much damn power that he can fire a President of a company? Who the hell put this guy in charge (oh I forgot you did….those of you who voted for him).

If the bailout money was to prevent this in the first place then that means Obama has had his first major fail as a president. But what is more striking is that the Unions control over 50% of Chrysler and right now control somewhere between 34% and %45 of GM. Should I also remind you that these Unions were the biggest contributor to the Obama administrations campaign funds?

VIDEO: Bill O’Reilly on Letterman

April 3, 2009

You must be doing something good when you are the top cable news program for 100 months straight (that’s 8 1/4 years for those of you with poor math skills). Apparently O’Reilly is no where near giving up his top dog position and although Letterman tried to give him a hard time, O’Reilly was right [...]

Obama knew about AIG bonuses

March 18, 2009

This comes at no surprise. We already knew the guy was a corrupt bastard and this is one of the many schemes in the Obama book. Stormy Daniels running against Sen. David Vitter in 2010?

February 15, 2009

OK I just think this is a little crazy seeing that the last attempt like this did not go so well for Mary Carey back in 2006. But Ms. Stormy Daniels believes she has a chance against David Vitter (Republican senator from Louisiana).
According to the few who support this already failed attempt, Ms Stormy Daniels [...]

From $900 billion to $780 billion

February 6, 2009

Don’t tell me that dropping $120 billion from the bill is going to cut it. Don’t tell me that we American’s have not taken up arms and stormed Washington and [...]
