Some sodomite couple requested it and so the Coquille Indian Tribe located in the southern Oregon coast has allowed it or should I saw adopted a law that gives sodomites the right to marry.

They are the first American Indian tribe to do so. I would report the rest of the article but I see no need in doing it. So you can find the rest of the article HERE!

palin-in-the-car-240x300 McCains running mate: Alaska Gov. Sarah PalinMcCain has picked his running mate. And it had nothing to do with the rumors about Gov. Tim Pawlenty from Minnesota. I now introduce you to the first woman to be chosen as a running mate for the Republican national party. Governor Sarah Palin from Alaska. NOt only does she break that record, she also breaks the record for being the first Alaskan to be on the November ballot (hopefully a Hawaiian will break it next election).

McCain praised the Governor for her tenacity and skill in dealing with tough issues (wonder what those are).

“She is exactly who this country needs to help us fight the same old Washington politics of me first and country second,” McCain told supporters in Dayton.

He also went on to say that she is exactly what this country needs. For once I am happy with McCain’s choice. Granted he could have picked a more qualified running mate (hello Mitt), but with a woman for the VP spot he can connect with a lot of independents and liberals who were (and still are) mad at Obama’s decision not to put Hillary up for the VP spot. Governor Palin is 3 years younger than Obama and a generation younger than his running mate. But she connects with the younger class of voters (something that McCain has had trouble doing). And for once no one can say that the Republican party is sexist for not picking a female to shoot for the elections in November.

A new study finds that Monkeys have empathy and enjoy sharing food with each others. Maybe that is the reason why Monkey’s do not carry around Mach 9’s or sell cannabis to their fellow mates in order to make money.

Yet we humans don’t seem to get it do we? I am not one who is of the mind set that I share ancestry with the primate world (dude my balls resemble nothing like theirs) yet I believe we can learn something from them.

pawlenty2-300x227 no word on McCains VP...but it could be Tim!Barack Obama has already picked his VP so now, all that’s left is for McCain to decide on his (or should I say announce it) as reports have surfaced from his campaign that he has picked a running mate, only he is not ready to reveal it. So I guess we’ll have to wait until Ohio till we find out.

In the mean time get this! Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has suddenly canceled speaking engagements and other appointments in time for the RNC. OK that in itself does not say much, but when you take into account that he has had close relations with McCain of recent times and that he does share quite a few of McCain’s talking points it should not be a surprise if old man Mac decides to pull a fast one and choose him. Although it would have been a much better choice if Mitt was still in the picture.

751371-thumb Castro defended this?

That is the actual picture of Angel Valodia Matos of Cuba kicking referee Chakir Chelbat during his mens +80kg bronz taekwondo bout against Arman Chilmanov of Kazakhstan at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

The stunt got the brother banned for life from the sport. Yet former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro has defended his actions. According to Castro, Matos is justified because he could not control himself due to his anger that his coach earlier and just let it loose.

I thought we do not justify actions no matter how pure their motives were? Castro is pretty pissed at the entire ordeal including a couple others because due to some Beijing Olympic disciplinary actions which left the small island without a single gold medal during the games.

Seriously, why don’t we spend the money on such nonsensical research projects and find out if our children learn from our bad habits and indiscriminating moral habits?

The Austrian experts base their theories on the fact dogs will play with each other but this will rarely end in a full-on scrap, showing they abide by social rules.

LandSAR search dog handler Dave Krehic believed dogs like his five-year-old German shorthaired pointer Stig learned their sense of right and wrong from their owners.

“It’s totally how someone brings it up. It’s just like a child,” said Krehi

If you have time to read such studies you can find the full article HERE!

But on the other hand, if you’re like me, get off the damn computer and go spend some time with your son or daughter. It will do them some good.

bolt_phelps the greatest Olympian ever?

The games have been played; the medals have been won and for the first time in history a total of 300 gold medals have been awarded. And out of the 300 gold medals awarded, China and the US have taken home over two thirds of them.

But I got a little bone to pick with NBC, CNN, FOX, CBS and the rest of the media. I know every country will try and pull there own victories out of the Olympics (no matter how small) and make it something big. After all, the whole idea of the Olympics these days is to see which country can produce the biggest athletes. And I must agree that the US has done the best job at stealing some of the best titles in the games. But I think the media is going a little too far by proclaiming Michael Phelps as the greatest Olympian ever.

Yes I agree that he has won an unprecedented 8 gold medals, but aren’t we forgetting something? For one, while swimming has been one of the greatest sports in the Olympics in recent decades, it still has not been the defining mark of the ultimate Olympian. That would go to the man who can win and break the record in the 100 meters dash.

Since the birth of the Olympics, winning a race has been the ultimate defining mark of a true Olympian (after all that is what the games were started off). So how come I hear NBC and others claiming Phelps is the greatest. Are they forgetting the brother who broke three world records, once in the men’s 100m dash, 200m dash and the 400m men’s relay? Even the Chinese have lauded Usain Bolt and the Jamaican team as being the all stars of the 2008 Beijing Olympics (and that coming from the Chinese, you know it must be true), no offense to them.

Should we be proud of our countries achievements? Hell yeah! But we shouldn’t exaggerate. Whether it’s because Michael Phelps has more advertising and commercial power than Bolt, or it’s because we’re prejudice that a third world country has captured the heart of the 08’ Olympics. Either way it’s not cool.

Its obvious we’re losing the war on drugs. In fact it seems that for every crack we  clean up three more replaces them. We can find a million different reasons or causes to blame for this but there is one that we do not take note of that is the ultimate culprit. Most of us American’s are hooked on some type of drug. From those of us who cannot take ten steps in the morning without getting our daily dose of caffeine to the others that cannot get a good nights sleep without popping a pill.

We only hear about the low life figures who get arrested for their drug dealings but its the rich ones (who have enough money to pay the cops to shut up) who really pose the problem. Look at how many Hollywood stars go to rehab, you think it started out with them taking marijuana the first day? Absolutely not.

So my advice to you is, before you pop another sleeping pill or fill up on another cappuccino think about the consequences. Cause we all know that one day, the sleeping pill won’t be enough to put you to sleep anymore and the caffeine won’t be able to keep your nerves calm. You’ll need something a little stronger… marijuana you say?
