I am pissed at Congress. No I am not mad at the President or Barack or even McCain. But the freakin’ idiots that we have up there. We just experienced the greatest one day lost on the DOW and all I can hear the dumbass democrats up in Washington do is blame the Republicans for not passing the bill.
You called their commander in chief a fucking idiot for crying out loud and you expect them to vote with you? If your bill is so grand, why not pass it yourself, after all you have all the votes to do so. Pass the damn bill and take all the credit for it. I’m sure it will suite you well in the upcoming elections.
Oh wait I forgot its the crappiest bill ever thought of in a long time. You’re telling me that a bill that gives over $20 billion to liberal organizations is such a good idea? All you idiots want is the Republicans to put their signatures on that thing and than you (along with the drive by media) use it as a beating stick in their back sin a couple days.
I thought this was supposed to be the Congress that fixed the problems we had when the Republicans were in a few years ago? So much for all your good plans. And don’t tell me its because of the President. Because the President backed allot of this bill and people were still outraged about it. So he was on your side for once and you still missed by a mile. Heck crude oil has dropped $11 today but it doesn’t even make sense cause half the people are more concerned about keeping their car than filling her up at the pump.
Yes we lost more in one day ($1 Trillion) than this bailout would have cost us ($700 billion), but guess what, these greedy banks and loan sharks need to pay for their crimes. I don’t care if its gonna cost us 10 years before we have another record day on Wallstreet. But giving the banks nearly $1 Trillion to deal with the problems they created is just as bad as giving your teenager a gun to fix the problems he started.

I personally thought McCain won the debate, but there is one slight flaw with my logic. Most American’s only watched the first half of the debate, and clearly (even to me) Obama was the leader. By the second half of the debate most viewers had stopped watching (mainly because it was dealing with foreign policies).
To make matters worse McCain did not do a good job of explaining his plans for the economy, and since most of us are more concerned about keeping our homes out of the hands of the banks than keeping them away from terrorists, you can plainly see that Obama had a lead there.
I’d be very glad to see how the Vice Presidential debates go because everyone seems to picking on Palin. Let me give you a little hint about her. Palin cannot say half the things she would want to, mainly because she is on McCain’s ticket and has to abide by his rules. Wait till she is on her own…

Obama may have won the first half of the debate (which ultimately means he won it since most people only watch the first half), but it is quite interesting to note the gestures of both candidates. Most people would not recognize it but the way a person gives a handshake can be an index to that person.
Look at the images below and notice the upper arm handshake that McCain plants on Obama. The president known most for this has been Bill Clinton and in many ways it makes the person you are giving the handshake to seem inferior. In this case McCain succeeds by actually coming across as more presidential and “the man in charge.”
Taking a look at the second picture with McCain on the left and Obama on the right, you can plainly see that Obama has used the same technique on McCain who seems to be a bit surprised. Taking a look at the final picture in which the moderator (Lehrer) head was in the shot you can plainly see McCain giving Obama an “overhand” handshake.
Believe it or not, while you might not make much of it, this can greatly impact the way the audiance views both men. In this case McCain was able to pull off a stunt that clearly shows Obama as his younger and less experienced rival.
So what do you think, does it make sense or not? Leave your comments below.

He was from the golden age of Hollywood, the age when directors and actors alike were not political puppets. The days when you were not considered uncool for voicing a different political or religious opinion than what your fellow celebrities thought.
Sadly that golden age is long gone and one by one her most famous lights from that era go out.
Paul Newman died yesterday (Friday September 26′th 2008) at his farmhouse near Westport, he was 83. And so another one of Hollywood’s early superstars has been put to rest. RIP Paul Newman

NOTE: If you didn’t watch the presidential debate yet (September 26′th 2008), than watch it HERE before reading this!
So Old Mac did show up after all. As to why he did (is another story). Anyways I must say that I was pretty surprised with how McCain handled himself in the debates last night. No one (including myself) would have thought he would take such hard shots at Obama, and while he did not expose Obama on certain issues 100% he did do quite a job for a 72-year-old man.
But I must ask Obama something, WTF do you think you were doing? This is a damn debate for crying out loud. If you believe that answering with polished remarks is going to do it… Don’t get me wrong, I know what Obama is trying to do, his candid well aimed remarks were supposed to make him look like the more presidential out of the two, but in a world where we American’s are paying $3.50 a gallon for gas, I expect our presidents to be passionate about at least one thing.
If you ask me who one the debate, I’d have to say McCain won it hands down. Yes Obama kept his polished look in immaculate condition. But as I said before, sometimes you gotta get a little dirty and passionate for something you believe in.

The first of the Presidential debates has happened and the results are in. But before I give my opinion on it, take a look at the entire video below.

Maybe its because he was able to use cell phones to track down innocent civilians when he was the terminator, or maybe its because only one machine should be operated while driving. In any case, if you are caught texting and driving in Cali you will be charged $20. Disobey the Governator again and thats increased to $50.
For whatever reason I find these charges to be more like a slap on the wrist (especially considering they are coming from Cali). Than again maybe they know that the sheer amount of tickets they will be handing out will compensate for the low fines, though I see how they will be able to distinguish between a driver texting and a driver using the built in GPS on his phone or making a phone call.

For those of you who have always been interested in finding out what is under Ms. Carano’s shirt, apparently she has allowed Maxim (the kiddies version of Playboy) to do the honors. Seriously, what’s wrong with these wrestling stars and their nudity?
And this is not an incentive for you to go and get the latest issue, its just counted as news.

Its funny because some guy at Gawker.com claimed you could tell she had a fondness for women from her Mean Girls stint, especially the way she gazed at Rachel McAdams when she was telling her about her ex.
Don’t ask me cause I’m a guy and don’t major in female sexuality. But anyways Lindsay has just confirmed that she has a lesbian lover. BTW that does not mean that she is lesbian, I guess it means she is experimenting. Right about now would probably be the best time to put away Parent Trap cause if you do bring it out, you might have some explaining to do to the little ones.
The girl standing extremely close to her (not for women standards of course) is her “lover” Samantha Ronson.
I just hate o break it to you guys but there is a reason why homosexuals do not stay happy…I’ll let you figure out the reason though.

There is no doubt as to why most people have not heard this speech from MLK. Maybe its because of his heavy use of the scriptures, or maybe its because we are taught that its OK to compromise and we shouldn’t risk our lives for anything we believe. The speech transcript is below:
“I say to you, this morning, that if you have never found something so dear and precious to you that you will die for it, then you aren’t fit to live.
You may be 38 years old, as I happen to be, and one day, some great opportunity stands before you and calls upon you to stand for some great principle, some great issue, some great cause. And you refuse to do it because you are afraid.
You refuse to do it because you want to live longer. You’re afraid that you will lose your job, or you are afraid that you will be criticized or that you will lose your popularity, or you’re afraid that somebody will stab or shoot or bomb your house. So you refuse to take a stand.
Well, you may go on and live until you are ninety, but you are just as dead at 38 as you would be at ninety.
And the cessation of breathing in your life is but the belated announcement of an earlier death of the spirit.
You died when you refused to stand up for right.
You died when you refused to stand up for truth.
You died when you refused to stand up for justice.”
