leon-panetta How the hell does Leon Panetta get to head the CIA?

I have a question and I need a damn answer from the Obama administration. Who the hell is Leon Panetta and why the hell does he get to head the CIA? You’d think that in a time of global unrest Obama would use those elephant ears of his and listen to the war drums over in Russia, Iran, Palestine and choose someone who carries at least a little intelligence experience.

I commend him on keeping Gates as defense secretary and while his first pick for the head of the CIA was not perfect it was still a lot better than this idiot who we’re gonna have to trust. Its funny that everyone blamed Bush for not finding WMD’s (when they were obviously moved from Iraq to Syria) and while other things are to blame the major blame goes to faulty evidence by the CIA. You’d think Obama would take heed and make sure he gets someone who can at least read a classified document and know how to shut up his mouth and when to open it.

Well I’m not sorry for the morons who voted this joker in office. Your pay day has come.

Israel attack on gaza

I’m going to be frank about this. All those who would like Israel to stop bombing the crap out of the Gaza strip why don’t you volunteer yourself to personally go down there and try and work things out peaceably? Yeah I thought so, no one wants to, yet Israel is supposed to reason why Hamas, a terrorist organization who doesn’t want any peace at all and was the instigator of the attacks by firing rockets at Israeli civilians.

Its funny how the news never reported what Hamas was doing but as soon as Israel retaliates you hear the UN and the good old USA telling them to shut down their guns. Well I’m glad that unlike France and soon to be the US Israel does not wait for the UN to fight their battles because if they did there would not be an Israel around today.

So I support the military assault. And I am with Israel to do any and everything in their power to keep their citizens safe. If Gaza and the Palestinians love their life so much they will offer those up to Israel who are behind the bombings of the Israeli cities. If not let them suffer the death of all those who wage terrorist acts against Israel or any civilized country for that matter.

Peter YarrowWhy does it matter what Peter Yarrow thinks? Well mainly because he and “Puff” Lenny Lipton were the ones who wrote the original “masterpiece” that was spoofed by Paul Shanklin. Here are the words of Peter Yarrow on the ultra liberal blog the “Huffington Post.”

The sending of a Christmas greeting by Chip Saltsman to the members of the Republican National Committee that includes a recording of the so-called parody, “Barack the Magic Negro” is not only offensive, it is shocking and saddening in the extreme. It flies in the face of America’s deeply held hope for a new era in which common ground and mutual respect characterize the exchanges between our national leaders.

I and my co-writer of “Puff,” Lenny Lipton, have been eagerly awaiting an end to the mean-spiritedness, outright disrespect and bigotry that was commonplace prior to this last presidential election. What might have been wearily accepted as “the way it was” in the campaign, is now unacceptable. Obama is not a candidate. He is the President-Elect, and this song insults the office of the Presidency, the people who voted for him, as well as those who did not — and taking a children’s song and twisting it in such vulgar, mean-spirited way, is a slur to our entire country and our common agreement to move beyond racism.

It is almost unimaginable to me that Chip Saltzman who sent the CD, would seriously be considered for the top post of the Republican National Committee. Puff, himself, if asked, would certainly agree.

Well guess what Peter? I don’t give a damn and neither does the Republican party. And out of total contempt for this mans idiotic statement I shall once again give you the video to watch.

bailout-cartoon $7 Trillion in bailout money

In case you’re wondering exactly why I was so against the original $700 billion bailout package let me just inform you now that the government has extracted over $7 trillion from tax payers to keep the auto companies in business and all the other pork barrel spending projects. Not only that but all the environmental whackjobs are asking Barack the magic Negroto set aside $10 billion to install solar panels on government buildings and install some type of alternative energy system in two government buildings.

To make matters worse every state ruled by liberal politicians are asking for billions of dollars to bail them out except for Florida (which is Republican), California (thanks to the Govornator) and New York (NYC) who has decided to raise the taxes on its families $4,000.

I knew this was coming, and that’s why I have recently come to the philosophy that unless we revolt against our corrupt politicians we will never be the same.

Take offense, call me racist, frankly I don’t give a damn. This world is too up tight. Had this video been done about Condi or Powell half those who are making a fuss about it now would have kept quiet. So say what you will its useless.

BTW you can view the video below.

UPADTE: The original video was deleted by YouTube so I found another version. Song is identical but the pictures are different.

This has probably been one of the most memorable years in political history. Not because of all the corruption charges and super wins but mainly because many of them were not expected. So after following this year’s election and political news I have compiled a list of five of the smartest and five of the dumbest politicians of 2008. Mind I remind you this has nothing to do with their performance as a politician but rather how they were able to convince voters to either vote or not vote for them.

Obama may leave office as being one of the greatest President’s of all time (I’m hoping that will be the case) but there is one thing people need to get straight; Obama is not, and I repeat, NOT Abraham Lincoln.

When Lincoln came to Washington he was an outsider and many claim Obama is an outsider also. The reason why this cannot be true is within the year or so that his name has shot up to fame Obama has chosen some of the most corrupt people in Washington to be his aides and advisors.

Most importantly just because he is a lawyer and Lincoln was does not make them equal. May I remind you that Clinton was a lawyer before he moved into the White House (need I say more). More importantly Lincoln was driven by a moral compass, there is nothing moral about having connections to terrorists or those who preach hate from their church pulpits or worse a wife who hates the US.

I’m not saying Obama is an exception to Washington politics. All I’m saying is that he cannot be compaired to Abraham Lincoln.

Say what you will but I already warned you that I really don’t have anything nice to say about any politician. So my following words should be no surprise. Obama is form the Chicago machine and although the days of Al Capone are long gone the system still runs the same way. From Blagojevich all the way down, sad to say but my home state is pretty darn corrupt in the area of politics.

Yet Obama sees teh need to go back there for all his job postings. Please tell me why Arne Duncan is so good for education? Why not pick someone like Michelle Rhee? I’m telling you, for a candidate who is all about change, Obama is sure not shacking things up when it comes to his cabinet. Almost every single person in his cabinet has questionable associations or connections.

I don’t know how long it would take them to do this but finally they are. The Illinois house is currently starting the impeachment process of disgraced governor Blagojevich.

Something tells me that the reason why this investigation was busted so early is because there were those in Obama’s cabinet who were in on the deal and so to prevent their fall Blagojevich took it. As the saying goes, “some die so others may live.

There is one simple fix to the GM/Chrysler mess. They need to file chapter 11. Reorganize close most of their old plants and start new ones. Follow the Wal-Mart model and keep the unions out. Best of all they need to focus on making vehicles people are interested in driving. I really like the Escalade, 300, Challenger and soon to be released Camero but at those prices most Americans won’t be able to afford it.

The Japanese can produce a car for nearly half the price it takes the big three to. And the simple reason is there are no unions in Toyota or Nissan. They day GM and Chrysler do that is the day they will gain the dominance they once had.
