I’m not one who believes in karma, and I definitely do not believe that a man should be punished for something just because he escaped doing time for another. And just before you think that I am saying O.J was innocent for killing his wife I can assure you that while I don’t think he did it he had something to do with it.

But that does not mean he should be prosecuted on false witnesses. After all, every single one of the witness was a former convict and some made over $200,000 selling the scandalous tapes to TMZ.

Of course he is going to appeal it and I am almost sure that he’ll get off. After all the police who arrested him said “LA can’t save him now.” And more than a few of the jurors thought he was guilty in the death of his wife.

I have no comment for this story except for one small one so let me just report the story. Remember the gay teen (the one from Cali) who was shot by a fellow classmate (Brandon McInerney to be exact). Well the late Larry King’s family is filing a claim against the school. According to the parents the school failed to enforce its dress code and allowed their 15-year-old son to wear such things as eye liner, lipstick and nail polish. According to state law they must file a claim before a lawsuit follows (which you enevitably must come).

My only comment: Had the school enforced the rule the parents now hold them to, they would not have only filed a claim saying their son should be allowed to express his sodomy but they would have also gotten the ACLU on their case.

Forgive me, but while all you gay lovers are crying over this one I’ll be snickering over in the corner. Yes I know I have no respect fro the dead. Let lighting come down and strike me dead!

Well I was not sure what the outcome was going to be but its official. The Texas State Supreme Court has upheld the appeals court ruling and the 440 kids must be sent back to their parents. Of course I still want them to prosecute the SOB’s who were responsible for raping the little girls. But taking the kids away from their mothers when they did nothing wrong is just injustice.

At least I can say there is a recent court ruling that I agree with.

Don’t for one minute get the idea that I am condoning sex with minors because I am against that even if it happens to be your damn religion. But I am so rejoicing over the current appeals court ruling giving the judge who ordered this propaganda raid on those in Texas 10 days to give the kids back to their parents.

I don’t trust our government. I didn’t trust them in Wacko Texas and I believe they were trying to make this another Wacko case where they use the US military against its citizens (which by the way is unconstitutional….unlike Bush’s surveillance program).

Do I believe that the men should be prosecuted if enough evidence is brought against them? HELL to the yeah. But I don’t believe the mothers should suffer when it has clearly been proven many of them were brainwashed. Not to mention they have a strict diet. What the hell are these government workers feeding these kids…..its their religious conviction not to eat certain things and we live in a free country. Uncle Sam might as well start respecting our God given rights.

Unfortunately they are being taken away slowly but surly.

Al Sharpton CartoonNot his first time being arrested and probably wont be his last. But I guess its somethign to report.

Remember the shooting of the black dude in NYC back in November of 2006? Well as you might know the officers involved were acquitted from the case. And of course that led to an outrage among the black brothers.

And who would be at the head of such a protest that would quote:

close this city down

on quote?

None other than Sharpton himself. Well so happens that the protesters came too close to that and Sharpton along with Trent Benefield, Joseph Guzman (survivors of the shooting) and Nicole Paultre Bell (fiancee of Sean Bell) were all arrested (with plastic handcuffs) and you know the rest.

Now I was expecting to see our dear brother Jeremiah Wright and of course Jesse Jackson out there, but I guess duty calls. Wright is busy making a name for himself and what was the Rev Jesse Jackson doing? Don’t tell me he was looking under women’s dresses again.

Don’t be surprised if you hear Sharpton characterize himself like Martin Luther during the ’60’s. They all want a piece of the MLK Jr pie.

Alton Logan & Andrew WilsonYes we have one of the best justice systems in the world but this thing about confidentiality between lawyers and their clients is obscured at the very least. How has it gotten to the point that a client can tell a lawyer vital information that could save lives and the lawyer is not required by law to share this info with the appropriate authorities?

What am I talking about? Well if you check out the post by MSNBC about Alton Logan who has been in prison for 26 years for a crime he has not committed. To make matters worse his lawyers wanted to tell public defendants that the man they were defending was innocent. Unfortunately they were not able to and had to watch as a man wasted 26 of his years behind bars while another walked free and even joked about it.

It was not until late last year when Andrew Wilson the real murderer died that attorneys were allowed to spill the beans about a man who they were forced to cover up for under penalty of the law. Seriously when will our justice system clear up?
