Sarah Palin

Well what would you know, the most hated Republican women (by the democrats of course) has just been voted as the most desirable celebrity neighbor. According to Zillow.com  Sarah Palin was the most desirable celebrity closely followed by Oprah Winfrey and Michael Phelps.

As for those who attract too much attention, they really do too well on the charts. Least among those was Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan, David and Victoria Beckham, Rosie O’Donnell and surprisingly Joe the Plumber.

I guess people dig soccer mom celebrities. Well that’s no surprise, Mrs. Palin is the only reason why McCain even had a chance. I just can happen to wonder where Obama would place on the list though.

This has probably been one of the most memorable years in political history. Not because of all the corruption charges and super wins but mainly because many of them were not expected. So after following this year’s election and political news I have compiled a list of five of the smartest and five of the dumbest politicians of 2008. Mind I remind you this has nothing to do with their performance as a politician but rather how they were able to convince voters to either vote or not vote for them.

Its not like this is odd news, Sarah Palin actually came away with a win when she ran opposite McCain a few months ago. The reason why is although she lost she revitalized the Republican base. Now that’s not to say there are not others who wouldn’t be interested in picking up where she left off but somehow I think Palin is going to be a major deciding factor in 2012.

Among those vying for the nomination in 2012 is Mitt Romney, Palin (of course), Huckabee, Newt and of course Bobby (from Louisiana). Personally I believe that the perfect ticket for 2012 (on the Republican side) is a Romney/Palin ticket. That’s not to say the others aren’t good but those have the best chance against a political machine such as Obama.

We’ll just have to see but I have a gut feeling that Palin is no where near over. What do you think?

Yesterday I dealt with the fact on why Obama won. As promised I will be consoling you Republican’s with the reasons why your candidate lost. As I said yesterday Obama and McCain do not differ in their message that much. What carried Obama to a super victory is the fact that Obama was able to bring his message across a lot better and of course McCain was carrying a lot of baggage from the current administration.

Had this credit crisis not pop up a few weeks before the election McCain would have won. If you notice during the primaries the main concern was illegal immigration and foreign affairs, and as usual the Republican’s trumped the Democrats on that.

Don’t get me wrong though, there are plenty of Republican who could have gone head to head against Obama and won but McCain was not one of those guys. Had Fred Thompson or Mitt Romney actually won the nomination Obama would not have stood a chance.

People did not vote for Obama because they trusted him. They voted for him because they were scared and McCain was not able to calm their fears. The exit polls (which can be greatly inaccurate) pointed out that Bush was not a major issue on McCain. The major issue was that people did not think he was able to calm their fears and fix this crisis.

Last but not least, McCain was a big joke on the campaign field. While Obama kept driving nail after nail in his coffin, all McCain could do is sit like a lame duck and make wild shots at Obama. And to be honest with you the only reason why I supported McCain was because of Sarah Palin. Had she not been on the ticket I would have campaigned for Obama. But its a good thing that McCain did not win, because had he won, the GOP would be kissing their chances of gaining seats in the house or even the presidency in the coming years.

I was really hoping to find some laughs in this video since I’m just trying to get my last laughs out of the election before its over in a few hours. But thanks to the dumbness and absolutely spiritually blasphemous themes I found nothing funny about it. But maybe you will so I have included the video below.

BTW the video is made by an Obama supporter, figures..

I am going to remain calm here because I’m not supposed to be updating my blog as I am on vacation in Bahamas. But since I am bored at the moment I thought I’d drop a line. What’s the latest charge against Palin? She used her position as Governor of Alaska for personal gains involving the travel of her kids.

The Associated Press reported this month that Palin charged the state more than $21,000 for her three daughters’ commercial flights since she became governor in December 2006. She later ordered changes to travel forms to specify official business on the trips.

Has anyone mentioned the fact that Obama has not kept his word involving his campaign finances? Oh I forgot, Obama is the savior of the generation. I would give you the link for the story but I thought better of it.

RNC spends $150,000 on Palin wardrobe

Who gives a damn about how much the RNC spends on Palin. Seriously people, this obsession with Palin is way out of hand. Presentation is just as much a part of a campaign as is the message. And frankly I don’t think anyone has a problem with it, because I sure no neither you (nor I) would vote for McCain if Palin looked like she had been doing laundry all day.

I wonder why we’re not hearing about the thousands of dollars Mrs. Obama spent on her caviare dinner that was purchased with campaign funds? Oh I forgot, she is the wife of the messiah Barack Hussein Obama.

colin-powell Colin Powells endorsement of Obama is based on raceRush Limbaugh has been hammered by the media for daring to say that Colin Powell’s endorsement of Barack Obama was based on race and deep down inside Colin Powell is nothing but a liberal in Republican disguise. Well I’m sorry to break it to you but if you have not already noticed this than you must not have been paying attention to the news. Why else would Bush have to relieve him of his duties back in ‘04?

Not only that but he is pro-abortion, pro-affirmative action and not to mention his lunatic ideas about having talks with known terrorists. Not only that but he claims that his main reason for his Barack Obama endorsement is because Sarah Palin is not qualified to take over if McCain should pay the ultimate price. Well face it Mr. Powell, Barack Obama has just as much experience on foreign policy as Palin. And unlike Barack Obama who could become the most powerful man in the world in a few days Palin will not.

I was going to make this number 6 in our “double standard” series but I guess this goes into the whole racial issue which is a different class by itself.

And I thought that Sarah Palin fever had died down. Turns out that when Sarah Palin made her guest appearance on SNL it was the highest ratings and viewership the show had gotten in the last 14 years. The last time the show had gotten such good ratings (10.7) was March 12, 1994 and the host was Nancy Kerrigan.

Just in case you want to see the show for yourself you can view it below. BTW Tina Fey makes a guest appearance in the show.

I don’t know why I am rehashing old details but anyways, if you want to take a look at the script for the Nailin’ Paylin porn flick script, you can hit up the read link to view the entire thing. BTW I have included a a small excerpt from the script below. And no I’m not going to say enjoy!

(Open on the PALIN residence, Wasilla, Alaska. Evening. Governor SARAH PALIN is sitting on the couch, reading “all of the magazines.” She is wearing a satin negligee and bunny slippers. Her luxurious brown hair is in a bun. Her glasses rest just so on the bridge of her nose. TODD is out of town on business. TRIGG is peacefully asleep upstairs. There is a firm knock at the door. PALIN puts down her reading material and goes to answer it.)

PALIN: Who is it?

GRUFF MALE VOICE: It’s JOE, the tanning-bed repairman.

(PALIN unlocks the door and opens it)

PALIN: Hiya! You were supposed to be here two hours ago, doncha know?
